Hall Hire

The Villagers' Hall is available to book either by the hour or by the day. Hire charges are as follows:

Local hourly rate (residents of Field Dalling or Saxlingham): £8. 

Non-local hourly rate: £10.

Discounts: 10% for regular monthly bookings, 15% for regular weekly bookings

Daily rate: £50 for more than 8 hours

Government rate: £150 per day.

For evening bookings, especially weekends, hall bookings will only be accepted by locals, known entities/groups or non-locals championed by a local.  Additional damage/cleaning deposits may be requested as part of upfront payment.

The booking system is hosted on a third party site; a booking request can be completed by clicking on the + sign for the required date in the calendar below.  Once the online booking request is sent, you will receive an automated email of your provisional booking request; one of the venue administrators will then check the availability and confirm the booking. By proceeding with the hall booking, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of hire. Please also see the Village Hall Policies page.
