Hall Hire

The Villagers' Hall is available to book either by the hour or by the day. Hire charges are as follows:

Local hourly rate (residents of Field Dalling or Saxlingham): £8. 

Non-local hourly rate: £10.

Discounts: 10% for regular monthly bookings, 15% for regular weekly bookings

Daily rate: £50 for more than 8 hours

Government rate: £150 per day.  

Non-local residents must provide a deposit of £10, cash or cheque made payable to 'FD and S Villagers' Hall'.

The booking system is hosted on a third party site; a booking request can be completed by clicking on the + sign for the required date in the calendar below.  Once the online booking request is sent, you will receive an automated email of your provisional booking request; one of the venue administrators will then check the availability and confirm the booking. By proceeding with the hall booking, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of hire.
